GOVERNANCE

The organisational format of EDCSA is that of a common-law association foundationed on a constitution. The organisation is governed by a management committee and its day-to-day operations and administration are outsourced to an association management company.

The association meets on a two-monthly basis by video conference. The chairperson and management committee of the association are elected by the members on a bi-annual basis.
